As someone who has lived in Gloucester for over 50 years, I recognize the importance of providing honest work for a fair price. Some of you know me from working at Tiny Planet Computer for 15 years, where our reputation was extremely good. On January 2022 I started my own business under the name PC Repairs By Pete. I offer free pickup and delivery in the Cape Ann area, plus I can do remote sessions or house calls if you prefer. Most repairs are completed same day or next day. I have the following price structure: $40 for first hour, then billed in half hour increments afterwards. This covers all work done via remote session or house calls. All work done at my location will have flat rate cost as outlined below in the Pricing section. If you need Apple computer service, please contact Steve Day.     $40 - virus removal, tune-ups, password reset/removal $60 - Windows repairs, data transfers (up to 100 GB), custom PC builds (up to 2 hours) $80 - Windows backup/reinstall/upgrades These prices are only for work done at my location. Any part prices are extra. I do not charge any diagnostic fee, unlike most others in this industry. Types of payment include cash, check, credit, or Venmo. Please make checks payable to Peter Gelasakis. I cannot accept checks made out to PC Repairs By Pete as that is not my legal business name.

    My office is open from 9AM-5PM on Monday to Friday. I am closed weekends and holidays, but I make exceptions in cases of emergency. Feel free to call 978-281-3456. By popular demand, I can now also receive text messages on the same number for even quicker responses!
